The data set will list every call the WFPS has responded to between 2015 to present, which units responded, whether it was a medical emergency or fire/rescue call, when the incident resolved, whether it involved a vehicular collision, and which neighbourhood and electoral ward it took place in. The data is based on the calls received, which may not necessitate a unit being sent as additional information is provided.

Every Winnipeg Transit bus is equipped with an on-board computer and GPS that logs whether or not it is on time as it leaves a bus stop.

This raw data is available for download, showing the scheduled departure time from each bus stop, as well as the deviation (+/- in seconds) from this scheduled departure time, for the most recent month.

Data is collected from buses on a daily basis. However, due to transmission problems and data issues, a small percentage of bus data may be missing from Winnipeg Transit’s data set. As well, due to GPS and other errors, a small percentage of bus data may contain erroneous data. This data set contains the data as it is reported by the on-board computer.

A comprehensive database of assets managed by the Parks and Open Space division. The asset inventory includes everything from Parks down to fixtures in the park (such as benches and play structures). Includes asset ID, asset class, asset type, gps location, asset size, and whether it's the primary asset in that location. For example, in the case of athletic fields, asset size indicates whether the field is full or a reduced size. The Primary Field indicates whether that asset is the primary entity for that location. Characteristics of income (composition of income, employment income, annual income, and incidence of low income) organized by neighbourhoods, neighbourhood clusters, wards, community areas, and custom areas including downtown and the entire city.

A pass-up occurs when a bus is too full to allow any additional passengers to board a bus. Passengers are “passed-up” and must wait at the bus stop for the next scheduled bus.

This data is recorded by the bus’s on-board computer whenever a bus operator pushes a button to log when a pass-up occurs.

This data set shows yield information for various grain crops and their varieties, grouped by risk area and year. This data comes from reports by producers that insure with MASC only. For details on Manitoba risk areas please refer to the attached document to this dataset.

This dataset comprises directional traffic counts collected at the City of Winnipeg’s permanent count stations. Each station utilizes a dual side-fire microwave radar sensor, which is installed adjacent to the roadway and faces perpendicular to the directions of travel.
