The following Service Requests have their location randomized: Dog Complaints, Graffiti, Mosquito Complaints, Neighborhood Liveability Complaints, Sewer Backups, and Vacant or Derelict Building Complaints. The randomization function changes the location to less than 500m in the X and Y directions, and always within the same neighbourhood. The randomization occurs as a mechanism to ensure privacy for sensitive service requests.

Historical and Forecast population levels for the City of Winnipeg and the City of Winnipeg CMA. City of Winnipeg forecast population is based on a regression of relative growth rates between the City and the surrounding Census Metropolitan Area.

Monthly Parking Contravention starting in 2010. This dataset includes geolocation where this information is available, and includes a reference to the bylaw that was violated.
The fine amounts in the data set identify both the full fine and early payment discount (fine owing if paid early) at the time the violation was issued.

Air quality data collected every 5 minutes via a network of sensors deployed throughout the city. The devices record particulate matter (PM2.5), temperature and humidity.
